Well all the other kits I can find are just shims which I was already aware of. I have ssl's in the front and no shims and my camber is horrible.

Didn't have a square to better represent the camber but you can see from the tyre wear its aggressive. Would really prefer an adjustable arm or the kmac solution but I guess shims it is...

Yes my car is dirty...its blaaaak

Nothing really, just being pedantic and want something flashy lol. Seems easier to dial in exactly what you want than mixing and matching shim plates.

Thanks guys.

Yeah I've read somewhere about the k- mac probs.

I think I will stick with the shims.

I have a feeling the upper control arm camber plates are the pedders type with the extended bolts already which is a worry!

I will need to measure the length of the bolts(studs) and then compare them to some of the others.

I was just going to use longer high tensile bolts and tack weld a plate to both bolts.

Ralphy just a thought but could the whole lower subframe have shifted to the left a bit?

I'm thinking this could be why I have uneven camber as the lower control arms bolt to it.

Maybe it's been out before as I know this car has had the engine in and out a few times.

Or is there no possible movement at all for the subframe ?

I've been at work the last couple of nights and need too get under and have another look so I'm just speculating at the moment.

Cheers and thanks again!

Id say given you have maxed out on shims and still have -4 degrees something else has to be up. Pretty sure F1 cars max out at -3.5 lol

Unlikely the cross member has shifted unless the front end is bent. I seriously doubt you have maxed out the plates if they are after market units. More likely your running bulk castor. Hence the front plate will be maxed or close to it, but if you correct the castor (by moving front shims to the back) you'll pick up camber

Post some pic's of the front and rear plates on both side

There's some pictures of the shim stacks at the beginning of the first post.

Second pic in is left and third is right...... See what you think.

I've had the front bumper off and gone right over the frontend and it all looks good( no accident damage or repairs I can see)

I really appreciate your input. Thanks

I had a camber kit put in by pedders in penrith and was fine when I owned the car. The camber kit is whiteline kit if I remember correctly.

Thanks CHALAXIN, did you also put the pedders springs in?

If so maybe they've sagged a bit over the years.
