Hi all. Have a manual ba f6 phoon. Car has been surging heaps lately so going for a walbro fuel pump and surge tank and decided to chuck in a 8 pound actuator and re tune the whole car. How much power should I be making and any other mods I should do? Only want max 350rwkw. Currently have 300rwkw current mods: 60lb dekkas, turbo back exhaust (unknown diameter), k&n panel filter and obviously sct tuned. Also has a new twin plate and blocked up the Bov. Cheers

And car wasn't holding boost well so hoping actuator will make a big difference.

What cooler do you have? Still have x-over?

actuator will make a small difference, without a cooler/intake kit and no turbo porting and flapper I say you will make 300rwkw again but maybe a little safer.

Yeh considered doing the flapper. Is it a big job? Yeh standard f6 cooler and crossover. Was considering a rapid v2 kit but wasn't sure if it was necessary that's why I'm here asking. Cheers

If the valve springs are up to the task she will go 320rwkw plus mate no worries.

Intake and cooler is holding you back a little though.

Enquire about getting a E85/100 octane tune from United as well from Bruce:)

Oh yeh heard about the mix he does. And I was told it should go 330+ but I highly doubt that. Cheers for replys so far

330 is really the limit of stock cooler.

But a mix you guys do, or some 80s/1000s and straight 85.

Will go 320 on 98(run United 100 octane if you can its worth some nice power and torque over 98) and 350+ no worries on the mix mate if she plays ball.

The mix tune will also let you know wether the clutch is good or not lol.

Haha did the clutch 10k ago hope it holds up. Would be spewing I'f it didn't. Will definitely ask about the mix didn't even think about it till I askers here.
