It's a bit more restricting than the standard one but yeh hopefully works well. Nah I've got plazmaman piping so no need for the adapter.

It's 80 grit at the moment lol still a fair bit of work to do.

excellent thread, im in the same boat, but I bought the fitting kit.

Aaron, my plenum has just arrived, but no way is it as pitted as yours..... It has got some pitting, but mostly around where it bolts to the lower intake manifold. I can take some pics if you like, its sitting in the lunch room.

I am seriously thinking about sanding my plenum down to possibly 600 and leaving it. I am really liking the brushed aluminium industrial look. If I dont like it, I can always polish it.

Yep it did Aaron but not quite that bad. The grinding was terrible looked like the grinder skipped and there was dips everywhere. I did email Simon from nizpro back but he just said that's how they are. To be honest I wasn't very impressed, everyone raves about nizpro products but I would never buy anything of their's again.

Aaron are you keeping the 'turbo intercooled'?

Ms no hassles it really is pretty easy. I used a impact driver to get the old manifold bolts out as they were f*ckin tight. Do you have access to a right angle drill? If you have read the online instructions there's not much in it

Ok cheers, no I dont have access to a right angle drill. Ive got a air compressor, so will look into buying a cheapie from Super Cheap, or maybe Kennards hire them....
