Is It Worth Tuning A Stock Fg Turbo

I spoke to one of Sydneys highly regarded FG XR tuners, he told me , bang for buck, it wasnt worth tune alone, and itd max out the factory injectors almost straight away.

He recommended Dump/Cat, Intake, Injectors. would make around the 285rwkw mark.

Or, add a cooler, and over 300rwkw...

True. But as Vermillion initially said he has a budget of $1,800. That price will pretty much only get you a Xcal3-tune. Id try and spend the tad extra and get injectors done instead of giving the factory ones a hard time ey..

If he's not going E85 even look at some 42lb f6 injectors as they go cheap enough on the second hand market..
