02/02/13 12:27 PM02/02/13 12:27 PM #1 On cars in the past I've removed stock muffs with straight through type (lukey branded). Good improvement in sound and whilst no solid evidence it did seem to make an improvement (these cars were not t's). I'm not keen on removing a muffler and from what I've read it just improves sound. I'm also not able to fork out $$ for a whole system. Would replacing stock mufflers with straight through type make an improvement in sound and flow on the t's? Ant

This is the product I'm talking about: http://www.lukey.com.au/default.asp?pageid=Products&template=CONTENT&sid=63 Ford Freank has answered my question anyway. Thanks! I was a bit more naive (and younger) when I did this with my other cars. Probably thought: Velocity = distance traveled / time x 'Decibels' Thanks Ant Edited 02/02/13 08:51 PM02/02/13 08:51 PM by AusAnt
