Wrong section of the forum, check out the audio visual workshop sticky threads man, I can tell you that the actual wires for the speakers start from the white plug directly behind the LCD panel. Once you take out the ICC you will understand. It's not any of the plugs that you unclip from the bottom.

Most people get wires from kick panels, I just installed an mp3 deck into my BFII sedan a couple weeks ago and found this the most practical despite wanting to get closer to the ICC...

I found the front passenger side speaker wire fairly close to the white plug, but could not find the front drivers speaker wire ANYWHERE (reachable) closer than in the door...

Yeah mean in the footwell kick panel? The orange plug loom?

I reckonned that was gonna be too hard to get too. and couldnt find anything on the icc side of it...

it just disappeared into a black hole behind the dash somewhere...

Tearing off the B pillar trim and undoing seatbelt anchor bolts sucks ass, yeah. As does soldering at funny angles leaning over into car foot well...but it works :)
