Should be good times ahead for the ute boys!!bloody leaf suspension and near on 2 tonnes makes it a little tough for traction with decent power!

Yeah certainly seems to be some challenges with using a ute as a base

there are plenty of leaf spring rear end cars that launch very hard when set up, the caltrac website has some pretty good pics of wheels up launches*

*please note, high wheel up launches can be bad for your et

That's right no point trying to go faster when your pointing to the skies, and Dalts I won't be anywhere near the hunt for the current record, would need a gt42 to get that, and aint no chance il put that on a daily plus you need to have some $$$ for a setup like that.
