Dump and cat.Healthy auto gearbox and a great launch, if you can get a 1.7 60 foot with 300+rwkw and don't mess up the shift times you will be in mid 11's I'd say.Maybe valve springs too depending how yours are going.11.9 with a soft 60 footer on street tyres from my BFII auto.
