Ford Doing Ecu Resets?

Ahhh that's bull lol your manual? I dont always punch it but f*ck 180 compaired to 280 just around town that's like n extra 4 days of driving

You can reset the keep alive memory by disconnecting the battery for 10 min (make sure you clean throttle body at the same time) but unless there is a later calibration a reflash wont do anything, even if there is a later cal it wont be anything major unlike the p0808 emissions reflash for ba/f's

Was an error in a secondary update that caused cars not to meet emissions standards... Some people reported loss of power after the p0808 reflash... Which wasnt owner notified so if u came in for a brake problem our system would bring up a recall notice and the reflash would be added to your jobcard, being emissions related you had no choice as to whether it was done or not unless the car was clearly modified in which case we called the owner first to see if it had been flashed or not.

this is the only reason we have ecu's that can be reflashed, the obd2 regs state that the ecu must be able to be reflashed in case the car fails to meet emission standards at any point of it's life. For once rules work in our favour

Could be any number of things pretty hard to diagnose if your not there
