As Rhino said you need a smaller gap for higher boost pressure. However it is more desirable to fit the correct plugs with the correct gap. Modern plugs aren't designed to be regapped and regapping then can leave you with a ground bar the isnt square to the electrode, which hurts the plugs performance.Didn't i read somewhere that FG F6's had .9mm gap factory?

I wouldn't bother with standard boost, but your sig says 348 RWKW that would need about 16 pound give or take.
