xr6t shudders sometimes shorlty after starting the engine

always happens when im actually driving(luckily only slowly)

engine light comes on

revs always drop quite low

problem goes away after putting the car in P and switching the car off.

its happened 3 times in the last 2 months.

Check the codes with an xcal. If you don't have one state what area you are in and someone will help you out.

Check your battery.. See if it's on the way out.. Sounds similar to TPS issues I had..

had that same problem in my 03 ba. car would shake and idle lumpy as. turn off and on and gone. never happened again after a tune.

EXACTLY my problem I have the ba 03 aswell I just havent had a chance to get a tune yet.

think im gunna buy an FG instead working the XR I have now.

Question is it a serious problem ???????

hard the excact same issue with my 06 bf a few months back, one morning my car wouldnt start at all, turned out the battery was buggered, try a new battery or swap with a known good battery and see how you go

Mine still did it with a brand new battery. Its obviously just a software problem due to the fact that I never had it happen again after my tune. You would be going down the right track by purchasing an FG instead of throwing money at your BA. I wasted stacks of cash on my BA thanks to a dodgy well known southside bris tuner. Got my FG and absolutely love it.
