You never have to leave and watch everything they do. Just a tip get them to wash under side skirts and say to them make sure you clean right underneath, that way they have to bend over more.

The bumper was perfect before that. And even though the legal costs may out weigh the cost of repair it's the principle that matters. Do you think it's ok to pay for the services of a company to wash your car and it they damage it in the process then that's tuff luck? How about you get a plumber to come fix a leaking tap and then they break the tap and say too bad it's not their problem?

Keep the pressure on as they will fix it.-everyone who works there knows how easy it is to damage paint on a bumper, hit a stone chip too close and it can take off quite a bit. I use to pass one on the way home on the bus several years ago and saw some fo the sh1t they do and it's insane (eg. drop mits on ground then pick up and continue using, etc).These places also call themselves detailers, yet they don't even know how to clean a car. Once you get this crap sorted go on over to www.detailparadise.com.au and learn about detailing. I guarantee once you learn a bit you will never go to one of these places again (if you can help it).Good luck mate.
