Im with everyone else, its a safety feature that should be defaulted to ON, then you can turn it off when u wish. that's the bad thing with the utes, no traction control, and my GF thinks shes driving it! I got news for her!

Girls + lots of power + 0 traction = hambo very worried man...

How do you know when its on and off??? Only got my T yesterday, and evrytime I jump in the traction control light isnt on?? doesnt that mean tration control is on or off, every time I power on the light flashes.

I was under the impression that when the light is off, TC is off and when light is on TC in on, but every time I take off or give it a bit, the TC light pops on and kicks in, I havent been able to turn TC off yet!!!

Its all ocked up now so ill have to try tommorrow, but what I gather form this post, is that whe nt he lights on, TC is off, yeh???

After each time you start, push the button.

Light on = TC off.

Whent he light is off permanently the traction control is "ON"..

Whent he light blinks from being off the traction control is "ACTIVE"

If the light is on permanently (and you're not having traction issues) thent he Traction control is "OFF"

Confusing enough?

How confusing is the tranction control ?

I don't understand why it's not the other way around.

If it's blinking, then Tranction Control is Active, then why shouldnt it be if light is on then Traction Control is switched 'on'

Usually if you switch something on then you should be able to see that it is so.... as in electrical appliances, light switches etc.... :rollingred:

Maybe Ford do a recall <_< , or do it ourselves ?
