knoath its making me nervous

the hard thing is getting these second class mechanics to take responsibiltiy for there bad work .

They all seem to blame someone or something else.

This guy who im dealing with tried to tell me that a rag in the engine would not cause this kind of damage it would cause a bad knocking noise and bearing problems with the cams.

Nizpro did exactly the same thing to a customers car. They accepted full responsibility and covered the replacement engine. I believe they even put a higher spec engine in as the replacement.

What did you end up doing with the bottom end?

went with FG f6 engine with billet oil pump and engine oil cooler.

gone with a very safe tune of 365 @ 16psi 1000nm so pretty good.

next will be surge tank and exhaust as I still have standard dump pipe and e85 tune.

then it should be turning out some big numbers..

A little up date about my situation after going through all the bull sh*t trying to get this mechanic to face up to his stuff up's

it has not worked, booked a date in court next week where all the evidence will be put forward and hopefully justice will finally be done once the case is over ill post all the pics of the engine and also tell everyone how this mechanic is and they can make there own minds up after that.

You want to play prepare to pay its a 10 year old car standard motor 385rwkw and you want to take the mechanic to court LOL. Oh I forgot is an FPV they last forever.
