Tuning Question

I am wondering if anyone has done a tune for 95 octane fuel, I know the power and boost levels will be lower than using 98 but its half an hour drive to the nearest 98 octane fuel distributor. the car is stock currently but I plan on putting a growler air box and a full exhaust on it. the car is a daily driver also and im not after a huge power figure, just want to get the most out of what I can readily get. the car is a 07 BF2 xrt ute

The only tuner within 1600kms of me only does 95 tunes as that's all we get up here and he reckons its fine & can be a good thing as you can get 95 from most places. im pretty sure the only downside is less power due to being lower octane fuel.

just get it tuned on 95 ron , I have one in slot 2 incase I cant get 98 but have never used it.

I read a post where people were getting 98 ron tunes and filling up with 95 ron.

sucks about the fuel but a 95 ron tune will be fine mate provided the tuner knows what they're doing.

Just take it to tuners with a tank of 95, or..

Take it to Pit Lane and get it tuned on gas.

In an emergency how unsafe would it be to put in 10L of 95ron on a 98 tune? Not fanging it

Fine as long as you go easy on it.

and some octane booster for insurance .I always carry a bottle or 2 in the boot
