will a dynamat xtreme pack be enough to cover entire boot including boot lid and the front doors in a sedan??

door pack? bulk pack? trunk kit?

you would need a bulk kit at least to cover all that

wouldnt covering as much as you can be better???

the more you cover the less noises,rattles and sound being lost

yes the bulk extrme kit will just cover the underside of the bootlid, and the front doors.... I doubt youll get much else out of it though!

if it will only cover the front doors and a little bit of the boot,that's crap!

does anyone have photos of there installs of there boots and front doors? so I can get a rough idea of specific areas to cover in the boot and front doors, getting the most out of the bulk pack

for the doors you need to put a few strips inside the outer door skin. make sure you get some on the skin right behind where the woofer is. once you have done the inside of the outer skin you need to cover up all the inspection holes in the door frame. nearly sealing the door up.

put some more on the top of your parcel shelf and do your boot lid. there are other dynamat products more designed to be noise barriers that would be better under your boot carpet than dynamat extreme.

you cant remove the outer skin. you will need to take the door trim off and wind the window up and work thru the inspection holes. after the outer skin is done then cover up the inspection holes.

I think they do a product called 'dynaliner' that is more of a sound barrier. dynamat mainly stops panel resonation.

what sort of result will I get from doing the doors?

and after doing the boot,the little rattles and vibrations should be decreased but will bass be increased and not as much lost?
