dillz no such thing as overtraining but there is something called under eating, u can train 7 days a week as long as your food intake is enuf for it, u build muscle when u sleep, get 7/8 hours at night. 3grams of protein is to much, u need 2 2.5 per kilo of lean bodyweight, so if you weight 85kg but 8 kg is fat u take in enuf for 78kg. as soon as you wake up 500mls of gatorade with ascope of protein, u wake up in a catobic state so u want to get back to being anobolic asap that's why gatorade simple sugar, then breakfast 45mins/1hr later and that same drink sraight after training but go for 750mls 1 1/2 scopes of wpi protein. remember breakfast means break the fast.

Gay weak *beep*'s

Wake up and eat. Go for a surf and eat. Do a good days work and race home to eat before you go play on the MX track. Then home for a brew and dinner. My regeim for the last forty years.
