I HATE IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS!!!!!

Installed the factory Ipod Integration to my FG xr6t today.

Ill do a write up once im done- took lots of pics along the way.

One minor speed bump though- as I was putting the console back in I snagged the small connector for the shifter lighting. Ive knocked the wiring out of the connector and im not sure what order it goes back in.

Anybody got the workshop manual, or pics, or knowledge? Or can anybody remove the top cover of theirs and have a look for me? You dont need to remove the whole console- just unclip the top cover and remove 4 8mm bolts to have a peek under the auto surround.

Mine is all back together now, but its giving me headlight fail and transmission not in park warnings!!

Anybody? I've got no interior lighting either.

Does that connect into the ICC??? I have a BA without any interior lights, think I may have snagged mine when I pulled the ICC foward doing my gauges...not a blown fuse.

Nah mate it's the connection to the lighting for the auto shifter. As in the small letters p n d etc along the side of the stick. Because that's not connected I've lost all interior lighting, got a headlight fail waning and the dash gets confused as to what gear it's in. Still drives fine though- just get lots of constant annoying warnings. I'm dropping past a dealer tonight so hopefully they will have the wiring diagram.
