I dont think removing or unplugging it would determine the fault mate.

If its not plugged in, then I would think the cycle wont complete meaning it would still give you the same response..

You need to actually test the current.. if it makes it to the actuator and other parts to test if its electricity coming through

Just check ing there in case of a loose plug.

Had fault breifly twice before.

Now all the time.........have a multi meter but actuaters seem to be switching fine.

Had to sparky, plugged in his thingy and up came a fault from LH door wiring.

He was able to lock doors thru his thingy too.

Did mention the BCM too.

Will have to remove door and check plug next .beerchug.gif

If no joy ,at least I have found a gud sparky.

mine does this when I give it a thorough wash around doors and handles. I just remove battery terminal for a while and then all is good. not sure why it does it. it happend to me on the way to work after washing it and I didnt want the interior light draining the battery so I removed battery terminal after work I reconnected and all was good, its happend maybe 3 times now and removing that batt for an hour should fix it.

this is definitely a bem module problem have seen this many times remember when u get another bem module it has to be grafted to your pcm otherwise car wont start and icc wont work bem is located under the cd player on the icc

Just add this , sorry bit late.

Put brand new after market BCM module in and everything all gud now.

Cost me $838 NZ fitted.
