  1. Just add this , sorry bit late. Put brand new after market BCM module in and everything all gud now. Cost me $838 NZ fitted. cheers for your imput fellas.

  3. seems all gud bud........just looking at my 2nd gauge ...haha . Hole in brass tee to gauge looks way bigger ?? Something just being a tad difficult for us aye. Always the easy part of a job that causes the probs aye. thx
  4. just stuck compressor up butt of gauge and it workin good ! reckon I must have piece of crap in the line by tee at bov/ fuel reg ? will rip it all off tamora and have another go .
  5. What if; I put a fitting in end of cross over on throttle side ?? Tee into actuator hose ? Tee into sensor hose on I/c piping ? thoughts people ?
  6. Hi, trying to hook up an SAAS mechanical boost gauge. But can only get vacume readings.When on boost only goes to zero. Idling bout -20 On my second new gauge now and it do the same thing ! rrrrrrrr. Have obviously searched this and found no answer. Have tried both the following with no joy; " And just T it in between the intake manifold and BOV is probably easiest. Or T it between intake manifold and fuel reg. " is on an 03 xr6T ute with rapid V1 cooler. Does that vacume fitting on manifold have a return valve in it on early NZ BA's ?? Can I put a fitting somewhere else perhaps ? thx all
  7. Had to sparky, plugged in his thingy and up came a fault from LH door wiring. He was able to lock doors thru his thingy too. Did mention the BCM too. Will have to remove door and check plug next . If no joy ,at least I have found a gud sparky.
  8. Just check ing there in case of a loose plug. Had fault breifly twice before. Now all the time.........have a multi meter but actuaters seem to be switching fine. One step closer to a visit to fraud
  9. thanks 4DZILR You right , need to start eliminating stuff. Un pluged both actuaters and it still done it ???? Un-plugged interior light plug at A pillar , still done it. BCM looking like culprit. Have just removed tissue tray, will have a wiggle round with what wires I can see ta mora. Was a heap of crap behind tissue box and a loose end cap off a heater vent !! Ute has had a frontal crash before I owned it for sure. Wonder how easy this BCM is to upset ?? thanks
  10. thanks F-wolf , looks like a real bugger to get at to check connector !! Another question , are there plugs in the bottom of the A pillar behind those kick panels for the doors ???????? thanks
  11. Any one know where the BCM module is ?? Need to check this/contacts here I think . With both doors un-pugged we get the same result, lock -unlock beep beep beep ................. thanks
  12. Just had latches out again !~!~~ WD 40 'ed the latches with heaps of the stuff directly into latch. No change . still locks and unlocks straight away. Door handle workin real nice now thou !!!!!! Is there a chance that door lock switch on the dash has something to do with it ?????? Notice this makes a small clank when it pushed . Any ideas fellas ???????????????????????????? cheers
  13. contacts look all good at the plug by the actuater in door. interior light has had to have bulb removed as this stays on too . Damn thing thinks the doors open all right. Just locks and unlocks, then horn sounds..................
