The adaptor plate I am talking about goes in-between the exhaust housing and the turbo core for this conversion.

I may have it wrong but I think the adaptor you have is between the exhaust housing and the manifold?

brand new T04Z, just with the falcon rear housing for the time been untill I get manifold and gate.

Yeah the FG exhaust manifold is pretty good, I've got a GT45 on it with 50mm external off the housing...dead flat 22psi
