If you have a ute and the mrs wants you to sell it and get a family car your farkedNow with a sedan you have family car with performance. I know what id be doing Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/68043-ute-or-sedan/#findComment-1006752 Share on other sites

Can fit the family / mates in a go for a drive. Playing taxi is also a PITA. Pretty straight forward really.Utes are praticle. Well im not entirely convinced as I doubt many would buy a 50K sports ute, only to hammer the tray with crap. Mines a workhorse and you always get requests to help move stuff. That can be a PITA too. If it was your only car, you would miss the secure boot space and rear seats a lot.NB4C summed it up nicely. I use it for recreation. Bikes, sport, fishing etc. Love it how you can just chuck sh*t in the back and hose it down later. I leave the missus drive the 5 seat shopping trolley around. Plus the live axel makes it so much more fun at the drags.Haha reading that it kinda does sound boganish. Anyway, there are downsides and upsides to both vehicles. I have the ute because there already is a 5 seater in the family. If it were my only car I would have the sedan. Gloo Member 403 Member For: 17y 16d Gender: Male Location: Northern South Australia Posted 12/05/10 09:07 AM Share Posted 12/05/10 09:07 AM Get a ute...And a new turbo ute only cost 36 drive away... Utes have higher trade in prices to dealersDepreciate less assuming there keep in good condition Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/68043-ute-or-sedan/#findComment-1007060 Share on other sites

If you can't decide if you should get an ute or a sedan then you are not car worthy Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/68043-ute-or-sedan/#findComment-1007089 Share on other sites
