Dude,

"easiest" way...

Use bass box pro - design a standard ported box or something... and then just run some cover board to fill inthe holes. box it all out - cover it up... and you will be sure to have a great sounding sub and your boot will look the goods, most of all - your brain will be much easier!

Its called "compromise". Measure the space out roughly and then see what the Cubic Feet/Litres might be.

If this is to difficult then pay someone to do it.

I dont "compromise", especially with my gear LOL

I have only found 1 custom boot enclosure on here (2 x 10's) and going by the measurements (from pic and placement) their is no way the cubic feet are correct.

shame I am the guinea pig LOL

This was, and still is when I get around to doing it, my planned boot install layout. Subs are 10" and should go well.

Well done, look sh*t hot :-)

I am going in a few stages:

First is Soundstream Reference 300 2-channel amp (standard wiring) into the 2 x Kicker Comp C10a-4ohm's + Alpine PCE-660 Sound Processor.

Once that's done I'll look at the rest of the speakers + full re-wire.

How many cubic feet do you subs need ?

Mine need 1.25 each.

Also how did you get your factory sub out ?

I know you have to do it from the top of the parcel shelf, but I cant get thr bloddy thing off !

These subs are good because you only need 0.8cuft of space to run them.

The shelf needs to have all the press in clips removed and you sort of walk it out like a crab.

there are 2 plugs at the back & 2 on the front (behind seat) and you have to take of the middle anchor, what else ??

Acorroding to the workshop manual, there are 4 No1 barbed clips and 1 No 2.

The 4 No 1 clips are: 2 on the rear of the shelf and 2 on the front (the ones behind the seats so you'll have to lay the seat down).

The No 2 clip goes through the r/h anchor point. And if there's an anchor clip fitted then it must also be removed.

That's all that holds it in. A bit of gentle pursuassion and time will see it walk out. :roflmbo:
