After my rebuild I went back to the drags today.

Only had one run as could hear detonation.

Definately seems to overboost on the changes (ZF auto).

Also, something I've noticed when giving it hard acceleration it seems to cut boost. Thought it might be the auto getting confused or something but I now have the data log picture.

Not sure about uploading excell file and what not but will graph and put in wordpad.

More background info.

Ported and bigger flapper wastegate.

PW surge tank.

50 km off a full tank of gas with Wynns octane booster.

That run was with car in D perf with no stall up.

No one with any suggestions?

Shoot that's no good.

The guy who tuned the car has no idea what's going on, so looks like I'm sh*t out of ideas and luck.

Living in NZ has its disadvantages.

Doesn't appear to be flaring.

Didn't manually shift as it was first time after the rebuild and wanted to eliminate one thing from the equation.

Octane boost 'cos I melted a couple of pistons last time and a little extra insurance won't do any harm!

What are you logging with? Go for a street run and add load and the turbocharger PIDS, duty cyle etc. Top end of the graph shows poor control over boost....

have you tried contacting some of the site sponsors to see if they can do a tune for you and post it over then you check it on the dyno ,

sorry but unless you purposly put crap fuel in your car then the tune is what melts pistons

pinging boost cut etc all tuner related .I know your choices are limited over there but there must be a better way
