Twins I went to school with were also hot, coincidence or...?

Totally aware that a single can make that amount of power.. But if you could have 2 smaller ladies.. Or 1 big lady.. What would you choose?

  • There is a curved plate in the center of the smaller pipe that will direct both flow paths into the larger outlet pipe, that is the only way I could direct the pipe work in the direction I wanted it.

  • Looking the goods. Look forward to seeing what this pulls.

its been ages and I had stopped cos my car was just a daily, but now its not registed so its all go 4 link in the rear and crazy power maybe. I actually mounted the turbos upto the motor in the car for the first time. looks like should be able to fit all the piping pretty easy. probably use 2.5 inch dump pipes and then all the way to the back. kinda not sure what I really want out of it all though. just to be different maybe. might go like crap might be ok

I took some pics of procress

prob mount rear turbos wastegate up top and front one under. front turbo dump should fit down beside the rear turbo comp housing and the rad pipes at the rear will need to be modded a bit re routed a bit

I actually would rather get a pair of gt28rs turbos I reckon they would be pretty sweet for a twin setup. also these turbos only have a .48 rear so should spool quick....

Hey guys,

This has nearly become a dead thread, but the twins are still making huge numbers! I switched to a pair of garrett gt2871rs's and so far she is screaming at 380rwkw 514bhp and a massive 740nm torque.

Ill try get some more pics up as soon as I figure out how to get more upload quota.

Cheers dudes.

p.s orangeute, hows your project progressing?

I apprechiate the work you have done to this car but sorry not my cup off tea look to bastardised for my liking and the in car shot sounds like it has no nuts.

Sounds like it's coming a long nicely. What's the lag like compared to the factory turbo? You still running the Monza looking cooler on the front?

It's funny how people not in the know think that if you have twin turbo power your car will be insanely fast. Just more of a pain in the ass if you ask me. My last car was twin and it was a nightmare to work on

Most gtr's are supras convert to single turbos because its better then twins..

A twin turbo V motor more practical then a straight 6 motor
