I must have been blinded by the glare off all the chrome to not see it. Yes it would make them xr-ish, but what would be wrong with that? Some people prefer the sport/corporate look over the retired/upgraded-from-a-camry look.

It's called an XR. Not sure it would be of much benefit to them to make one model any more similar to another model.PS. I reckon you'd have to be the only person to complain about the amount of chrome! In fact I'm sure I've seen a post around here where someone actually had more added (or maybe just Photoshopped it in).

Figured I'll be spending most of the time keeping the outside clean, and the thought of taking scuff marks of that stuff was a bit too much. Went the dark leather... And besides - I like the idea of the contrast between the dark leather and ALL THE CHROME!!! More later once she hits the deck.
