  1. I told her about the thread and she said next winter we are getting them done I must say today in Melbourne would have been a great day for the rag top with the seats turned on Sent from my SM-G925I using Tapatalk
  2. Sorry lads didn't get any notifications that there were replies on this thread! In the end the wife decided she was a bigger tightar$e than me and said not to bother. I did see Powertech in my searches and that's what I probably would have ended up at if she'd decided she really wanted it. On a completely unrelated note, the seats in the Mustang GT convertible I've ordered are heated and cooled
  3. RCF is a 5 litre V8 Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  4. 501 Falcons registered in February according to VFacts - less than what they did with FGII in February 2014! Now that says something. My 'between the lines' take on earlier shutdown is that there are conditions attaching to the Government money Ford got which would make it HIGHLY punitive.
  5. Thanks for the tip , yes they did come up when I did a further search so it's good to get an endorsement of their work . Did you have heated seats or just general trimming Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  6. Cooled ones yes. Especially if you're... Ahem, of Mediterranean extraction as I am... Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk

  8. Yep it's looking that way (uncommon mod)! Looks like I'm going to have to be the guinea pig. I'll be sure to report back!
  9. Thanks mate - I had no idea I'd be able to use Google to find stuff! I found Alphaline too - I wasn't about to list EVERY hit I found, but I work in the city so the South Melbourne place would make some sense for me hence why I named it. Was just hoping someone may have used Alphaline and been able to give a testimonial of sorts
  10. Thanks Captain Obvious! What I was hoping, was that someone has already done this to their own car and can say "talk to the guys at XYZ, they did a good job on mine" So that instead of trying 8 different places, I can try 1 or 2 Isn't that the point of forums of likeminded people like this (other than talking about cars and booby pictures of course)
  11. Ok, so far your tips have been: 1. Try a different car 2. Try not being gay 3. Try petty theft 4. Try changing my diet Thanks for your help lads, really appreciate it!
  12. I married well Father in law worked at Ford for 40 years so gets staff pricing for life. But we're getting off topic! Surely someone has heated their Falcon seats?! Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  13. Yes am planning on doing that, that mob were the first one that came up when I did a google search, had good reviews on their website but all did relate to A/V. As for the Superb I actually do like it but: 1. I can't get my wife into a Skoda. I wanted an Octavia RS a couple of years ago but she vetoed it 2. Whatever you can buy a Terry for, I can buy it for 20% less (I'm talking Titanium diesel RWD on the road for $3XXXX. Can't get the same pricing from Skoda! Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  14. Tell me about it! Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  15. Howdy guys, long time no speak! I've been lurking rather than posting The good news is I'm shortly changing over my Focus for an XR8 Am also changing the wife's Passat wagon for a Territory. Gotta love Ford staff pricing! My question: Has anyone fitted any aftermarket operator for heated seats in their cars? The missus loves her heated seats and said I can only change her car over to the Territory if I get the seats heated! A quick bit of research shows that No Limit Car Sound Vision on South Melbourne does them - has anyone used them? Or any other suggestions, would be much appreciated. I will probably have them done to my car too so naturally want a quality job done, maintaining all seat electrics etc, and don't mind paying for it. (Please no suggestions of buying a kit off eBay and doing it myself - If I could do that I would!) Thanks guys
  16. Those numbers are great but good luck putting them to the ground!
  17. I know of a completely stock FGII XR6T for sale...!
  18. He needs to give up, I'm pretty sure he could hurt himself getting out of bed.
  19. Heard it described on the radio this morning as disappointing. Must disagree, disappointment implies a level of expectation! Realistically I think this is about what we were all expecting.
  20. Considering they were 3 for 28 mind you! Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  21. The main reason for keeping him around:
  22. Maybe... but only if he can bowl more than 10 overs an innings!
  23. Well um... I think we knew that our bowlers were always going to be better than our bats... Right!? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  24. Very shrewd move by Holden. Puts the ball in Canberra's court "If you want to be single-handedly responsible for the complete demise of motor vehicle manufacturing in this country then keep your hands in your pocket". Can you imagine the public outrage if Expensive Daewoo now shut its doors? Conversely if the Feds DO come to the party, they come out smelling like roses as saviours of a dinosaur industry!
