Ken, either 'zip it' or add some valuable feedback for once, I've said what I want to do.

Cruise then a BBQ/Drinkie at an allocated place. Sometime around XMAS. (Pref. after XMAS). WHAT ABOUT NEW YEARS???? That might be a go'er. Lord only knows BNE is soooooo BORING on NYE.

I'd offer our home for the aftermath as the outside entertainment area will be complete before Christmas. However you could pee to the fence from the edge of the house.......Mid sized home, bugger all back yard so...If was say we were entertaining for 10 people, fine, any more and it would get a wee bit squishy.

Cruise then drinkies, have a great time scoffing down some food, chatting about cars as well as general stuff and seeing who can really hold their liquor.

* People that want to do their performance thing. Organize your skidpan or QLD Raceway day ASAP. and do like the "Nike" add suggests. "Just Do It"!

* People that would rather do the 'cruise' thing, lets do what I have suggested, cruise in the morning, then BBQ and drinkies starting in the mid afternoon, leading into the night. If there are any takers for New Years Eve, what a way to see in 2004. All of us dedicated fans pissin' up and carrying on.

Jodie has suggested to have it at our place but as I've said, it's not very roomy. People would have to bring chairs. Own grog and munchies would be a good idea as well as what ever meat you want BBQ'ed as we are FAR from Millionaires. Your "T's" would be safe in our street. There are 2 Blueprint XR6 N/A utes in the street. One is outside a lot of the time and they have no drama so there would be no problem. (Streets are a bit narrow though but shouldn't be a problem).

If someone else wants a BBQ/party at their place and have a wee bit more room and facilities to offer, please speak up. It would be great to chat to the REAL QLD XR6T.com crew. C'mon, how about it.

Heres a plan:

Gold Coast guys hook up at say Dreamworld and drive to BP At Caboulture

around 1:30PM on a Saturday

Arrive Caboulture around 2:45PM

BNE guys hook up and we ll go via the Glass house mountains to Caloundra

Barbeque at Kings beach or enviorons

Its an idea "thrown up in the air" for comment
