What Is The Best Oil For My N/a?

Almost service time for the old girl, 45 000km service, getting pretty sick of being ripped off by my dealer so im going to supply the parts and fluids this time.

Just wondering what oil is the best oil to put in the N/A's?

Whatever brand you like as long as it meets the manufacturers specifications.

I tried the search function but there was nothing in the N/A Forum about it.

I know its been covered plenty for turbo's but I wasnt sure if it is the same for the N/A and turbo.

Does anyone have a favourite that they like to use that's good quality? good price? any tips like that?

Here two oils recommended for the fg xr6 n/a:

Castrol Edge 5w-30

Shell Helix Ultra 5w-30

Obviously there is better but these are still good quality engine oils and recommended by Ford. 7.6 litres are required to fully replace the existing oil.
