Try and keep the forum fun and not some slagging match

If it continues the warning system will come into action, and members will be banned from the site.

Yes......and I have it on good authority that ASIO, and the super secret ARSA is watching this forum as well. I could tell you my source for this information but then I would have to kill you.

So be very, very careful what you type 'cause it will end up on 'little Johnnies' desk within 15 mins, and if this subject is the reason for one of his 'dog whistling' episodes then chances are you will be visited in the wee hours and whisked off to Pine Gap and never heard of again!!.......you have been warned!

getting back to topic, can anyone tell me if the exaust on an auto droons when you remove the centre muffler.

1axr,I have just done the deed and can tell you it dont drone.Its loudest is around 2-3 k rpm driving normaly.Freeway over 100 km you cant hear it. to keep it quiet stay in drive. I cant though, I love engine braking it, hmmmm sweet burble. Do it with the replaceable version , dont like it change back.

I actually removed the rear muffler, it doesn't drone but it was not as responsive as it used to be. The sound is just great, but It doesn' t feel like the car I used to have. Thanks to Cro, CJF and Rob Herrod, my baby will be back to normal soon.
