Heater Gone?

I have heard rumours that people can do them in 20mins without pulling dash out but that's all they are RUMOURS. You have to hold the mixer flap edges when pulling the shaft out and when putting it back in otherwise it will break and this cant be done with the dash in.

I get a slightly different problem, the face vents sometimes come on instead of the windscreen vents (normal pov non-dual zone system). It will do this for a day or so - then come right. Any idea of the cause of this one?

I can do the intire job in under 1.5 hrs

have done about 40 did one today 1.25 hrs

helps when u no excat wat to do etc

anyone in adelaide need one done ill do cashies 350 supplied and fitted on a weekend

1 1/2 work plus the parts 350 sounds a bit rich for cash

yeah dash out. him is about 400 I recon plus fitting ull be looking round 850-1000 aussie bukkas mate

unless u know some one who can get u the him at cost and an even nicer mate to fit it- or u can do it your self. perhaps ill do a HOW TO to add to my collection with pics next time I do one.
