Saw a Narooma Blue XR today going past Metro Ford at Spring Hill, everything on it had been detailed in Gold.

Gold badges, Gold pinstriping all around, and even...wait for it... Gold genuine XR alloy wheels.

Wasn't a bad colour match, the dark narooma blue brightened up with Gold, just dunno though. Went past too quick (musta been a Turbo). If you are out there listening please post up some "still" shots of your car, I need a second glance!

Ahh, sorta like the subaru (U R A BUS) Sti's that come/came out with the blue paint job and gold mags. Personally that colour scheme was OK years ago, but now I recon it's sorta lame.

I call it pretend Barbados Green as per the L34 Torana's - just a bit more on the yellow side. Personally, I think it looks great on the GT's but doesn't suit the XR6/8 - don't hate me.
