Did the engine come with a loom?There are numerous "ECU"s in these things, the PCM is the main one but it communicates with the TCM, BEM, ICC, Cluster & HIM via a CAN network. So it's not a simple matter of knowing which wires to hook-up "back into the cd player". They may be better option to get specific questions answered on your project.
