February 28, 200917 yr #1 Hmmmmm maybe low rent in the better models (clubby, GTS, Senator) but for what I paid, $36,000 brand new, I am really happy with what I got. Leather, climate, stacker, 19s, 6litres of v8's bro, Metalic paint (Atomic). I really don't think I could have gotten a better new car for the money I paid.I loooooooooooved my Ford and the lack of pace in my VE has made me decide on a big blower kit, but I would be hard pressed to ever spend more than maybe 60k on an aussie vehicle. I just dont think you get your moneys worth. I would dearly love a new Phoon / GT, but I just cant justify the coin for what you get.Maybe this might be a good time to hijack this thread and put up a pic of my barge. Now that's a sharp looking car hahaha as slow as it might be!!!
February 28, 200917 yr #3 Awesome ute man, congrads. You dont need a blower for power, put a bigger cam in it, full exhaust and tune it and you'll be making 320-340rwkw!
February 28, 200917 yr #4 Author haha thx mateye 320+ is a nice street car but I need to keep up with you boys. A blower should see me close to 400 which is silly but hey, what else am I going to do with my time.

February 28, 200917 yr #7 nice ride man, they look good with 22's n bum on the floor, a blower would be good but though of getting GEN-TT? the twin turbo is puuuuurdy!
February 28, 200917 yr #8 Author Yeah it was seriosuly considered but I sold the T as I foudn it hard to live with a turbo car running a bit of power day to day. These things with the Gen TT kits easily hit the 400 mark which in a turbo charged car is can be a bit wild lol.It is the better option over all as it produces more power and is far more efficient but I bought the ute to have a blown v8 so I guess ill continue down that road.
February 28, 200917 yr #9 Bout time you put some pics up you hairy backed mary !! Looks nice mate. Before the T I was looking at the SV6 & Bogan special I had picked out the atomic, looks real nice. I know you have engine mods planned, you also got any plans for the exterior? Different rims, hard cover for the back, brakes etc etc
February 28, 200917 yr #10 Author Just a flat hard cover, and some 20's. 22's go really nice but where I live/park it just wouldnt work. Dalars I think they are by Giovani or something. Good rim
