hey mate, if the don't bolt straight up you'll be able to get adaptors.

have a look at the ap racing website and see if you can get an specs on the bolt patterns

Ring Competition Friction, they will tell you whether they will fit or not.

I believe they are one of the AP Racing distributors for Aus.

You might be able to just get the alloy hats in a Ford stud pattern.

I know my AP's are a two piece rotor, the braking surface is actually separate, and it bolts up to a alloy hat, which then bolts to the bearing/hub.

The calliper itself is most probably the same, but like the mighty Dags has said, the stud pattern is different.

Im not sure if the Monaro's have 2 piece rotors or not........ you will need some details of the Monaro from which the AP's were removed, date of manufacture etc etc.

Go to a wheel engineer and have the hats drilled for ford patern.

Only other problem would be the disk offset.

Why is he friend taking them off, he wont get much better that will warrent any upgrade.

Or is he selling the car or written off.

he took them off as he sold the car and put the stock parts back on.

it was an 02' monaro. on the rears it says AP RACING, the fronts say HSV but are a kit apparently.

You will need different rotor hats (assuming you are getting rotors from him also) and also different adaptor brackets are required, which can be pretty pricey (quoted around $600 a pair to have some alloy CNC ones made to suit a BA)

Get the model numbers of the calipers and call Race Brakes, or Competition Friction, they can advise and supply the needed rotors / brackets
