Auto Answer On A Nokia N95 8gb

Well I have just brought myself a Bluetooth thingy ma jig that goes onto your visor. No this thing works great, but for it to be lagal from what I undersatnd as a true hands free, you need to put phone on auto answer.

Now I have tried and tried and tried to no avail, I have set up its on profile and for the life of me cannot get it to work. Please help.

Doesnt work I have turned auto answer on but nothing it rings through to voicemail, Do I have a dud phone, is it a three mobile setting, a firmware upfrade or a an afetrmarket application is needed. As a google search so several but at a price which begs the question why there is aftermarket upgrades.

Wouldnt bother with it just leave the phone handy and hit the button when needed, no need to take your eyes off the road at all...

Doesnt the bluetooth device have an answer/disconnect button on it as well....use that if the case may be...

Yes Dags it does and it really is just an easy press of the button in a easy place to reach. Though technically this renders this set up as non hands free and therefore punishable by death in NSW, 30000 demerit points in Victoria, and having to spend a night with Tab in QLD. Kinda hoping to stave of those issues, add to that I am stubborn and in a phone that cost this much it should bloody well work.

did you change the profile from default to General or whatever one your using ???????

I'd say if you have changed the tools, settings, general, enhancement, wireless car kit and selected on for automatic answer and put the correct profile in, that your hands free isn't compatible with that feature of your phone.....
