I currently have an ADSL1 modem connected via an ethernet cable and came with a cd with steps to follow to connect it. Is it basically the same thing with the ADSL2 modem, I dont see why not...

Was talkin to my sisters other half. Hes with dodo and reckons that they are good, he admits that they used to be poo but have cleaned up there act. They are cheap as chips, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. Hes got ADSL1 through them.

Anyone have any experience with them?

yeah with most basic modems they all have a setup cd so should be easy as to setup

Hahahaha

the only way I would sujest dodo to anyone is if the really wanted Broardband and lived on the doll

but you can get dodo without a dodo home fone but its redicuals price for the service

8Mbps 25,000MB on 25,000MB off $109.99

for that ide go elsewhere bigpond charge $99.95 for BigPond 20Mbps Liberty 25GB but they count uploads wich suck for torrents n such but as I was saying before you have to find out who can give you ADSL2+ at your exchange then choose from them

your choices as follows acording to you exchange data

TPG

Chime (Iinet)

Telstra Wholesale

Optus

Primus

plans :

TPG: 40,000 MB (+40,000 MB) $99.95

Chime: 40,000 MB (+40,000 MB) $99.95

Telstra: (quoted in last post)

optus: 30,000 MB $99.99

primus: 200GB $ 79.95

make sure you double check with ISP on these prices

I just picked all the ones around 40GB downloads theres alot more out there

Oh so theres the catch for Dodo, too good to be true.

So I guess the only two options that suit me that I have fornd, and believe me I must have gone to about 15 websites and read as many if not more reviews, are Iinet and Netspace..
