However one problem I often have is by the time people start saying "are you going to this? are you going to that?". Tickets are already sold out and im left scratching my head and other parts of my anatomy thinking "WTF! How did I miss that?!" eg: RATM! Grr!Soooooooo, for my owns sake if nothing else I've created this little topic as a Festival/Concert broadcaster in the hope that there people more in the know than me.Besides itd be great to see some forum members off their faces at random events and see wat else they enjoy apart from their T's.Thanx everybody and any input into this is greatly appreciated Butto

Legacy Donating Member 1,739 Member For: 19y 8m 15d Gender: Male Location: Dianella, West Oz Posted 14/10/08 07:40 AM Posted 14/10/08 07:40 AM (edited) What sort of festivals?In Perth - festivals that I know of in order of date (and who I will personally be going to see):Global Gathering (Sunday 23rd Nov) - Mark Ronson, Kraftwerk, Gorillaz, Sasha, ATB, Kid Kenobi and a few others.Stereosonic (Sunday 30th Nov) - Paul Van Dyk, Carl Cox, Sneaky S Syst, Booka Shade and more...Summadayze (Gonna be awesome, Sun 4th Jan 09) - Armin Van Burren (must see...), Underworld, Ferry Corsten, Calvin Harris and more.Obviously BDO is in there early Feb, there is another punk concert on in March aswell (not that im into punk lol)!Saw Carl Cox at space in Ibiza earlier this year, was f*kin mental, put on a great show and also saw Paul Van Dyk at Cream (Amnesia - think Kevin & Perry lol), was a good show from what I remember...Armin Van Burren - I havent seen him yet, but my god iv heard he is awesome live. For me I wanna stuff like ticket release dates for Big Day out, parklife, goodvibes, harbour life(which I missed this yr grr!), shore thing, future, and any good bands coming out.Already have 3 coming up which I have tickets for, Feild Day (New Years Day), Big Day Out (Prodigy!!!) n Good Vibes (Valentines Day).I just wanna keep this rolling so I dont miss out on events.Even stuff like woodford is worth posting

It doesnt sound as though were gonna get the exact same events like you lot on the East coast (harbour life or shore thing??), but id say that you lot will get everything we have over West so just google what iv posted and see what dates these will happen for you / where to get tix. Hope iv been of some help for ya anyway.Remember to post some pics of you members doin what you 'enjoy' other than cars lol...!

Harbour Life is like a smaller version of parklife pretty much on sydney harbour, only about 5000 tickets, ive heard its absolutely insane
