Scariest Movie Of All Time!?

So, I'm on a quest to find the scariest movie of all time. Now, I've heard many movies mentioned, but only a few come to mind as being able to hold the torch.

I've recently been getting into old Thai/Chinese/Japanese etc originals which seem to be right up there ie: Dumplings, A Tale of Two Sisters, Kairo (Pulse), The Cabinet of Dr. Calgari, Ichi, Acacia, Audition, Dark Water, Ging Gwai (The Eye), Infection, Phone, Suicide Club, Versus and of course Ju-on and Ringu.

New world entries like The Descent, The Thing, IT come to mind,but can't hold up against the asian originals.

Anyone got any recommendations on seriously scary movies?

the new movie "the strangers" looks scary, back in the day I.T (stephen king) was also up there and Alien the first one aswell
