im goin to get my tuner to do all my services now because I know he has an eye for detail where the ford dealer will just get the apprentice to do the job & theres just to much stuff to get missed. will let the tuner pick up the prob & take it to ford to repair. ohhh well will make a few phone calls tomorrow & see if can get a better price even get it covered. I wont bs, will tell them exactley what has happened. whats the worst that can happen they can tell me to pay for it & I get the job done right.

Its a round bush that is located at the back of the rear suspension cradle, you will only see it when the car is jacked up or on a hoist. There will be a bolt head in the middle of it, this is the diff bolt. The bolt holds the diff steady and the bush around it insulates the noise and vibration from the driveline.
