Hi guys,

Looking to upgrade stock BA 17s on my 04T to some 18s and was wondering on decent rubber.

235 40 18 - Front

265 35 18 - Rear

Have narrowed down to the following:

Falken FK452

Kumho KU31

Bridgestone Potenza Adrenalin RE001

Falken Azenis RT615 - semi slick

Am chasing grip - any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.

One of the more common topics the past week is tyres and you will get lots of different views shortly I imagine. What prices are getting on the above and I like the Bridgestone, for reliability and well proven tyre. You will pay for it though.

And where your from can help as ppl on here know ppl and will throw some at you.

I.B.

Bundymonstor,

Mate - I've been a fan of Dunlops, for most of my change overs...

However have had Bridgestones and found them to be pretty good...

Normally a touch on the harder side to the Dunlops, but really depends what you are looking for... Road noise levels, grip, wear, etc...

I see your in Sydney, so whatever you decide to choose, let me know (PM ME) and I should be able to help you out with some guys on cheap tyres... :)

Have a few contacts you can call for good pricing here in Sydney... :sleepystuff:

I love my Falken's. absolutely awesome tyres. They wear well and are excellent in the wet. However they are a touch on the noisy side..... Hope this helps.

I've got the Falken 452's on my car now and the difference to the OEM's is incredible.

Ride is brilliant....

I love the fact they are Japanese too.......
