Swan River this morning was absolute fkn BUTTER..... so glassy its not funny. God I hate work!

Thinking about heading out this arvo after work... fingers crossed the boat works!

There were a heap of boats out late last night.... Not the worlds greatest pic but you can see why! You could see them trolling out of hillarys. Well I assume as they were going at trolling speeds back and forth lol

No fish though. Couldnt even raise any herring :(

picking up our boat from the mechanics tomorrow. for the first time in the year we've owned her I shall be taking her out on sunday morning to give her a run see how she tow's and if all good should hopefully be down wakeboarding off the back on monday.

anyone got any good spots other than deep water point on the river to go skiing?

Shame that perth has crappy game fishing although when I spoke to a few commercial mates a few years back they reckon broadbill are there for the taking. Need a decent boat to venture 500m+ at night. Especially if the wind picks up!

One day my dream of a nice 47ft custom O'Brien game boat will be realised. Until then, Trips to Cairns will just have to make do :(

Off to Whitehills today and we'll stay o/nite to see if there are any Tailor, sharks or mulloway around. I'll be in a white Nissan Navara with a white canopy and a German Shepard and the missus so if your down there call in.

Was going to go down south to chase the Salmon but the traffic down there will suck big time and too many idiots on the roads on the long w/end.

just moved my boat off the jetty and the f*cking side of it has smashed down on top of one of the posts overnight...AGAIN. Twice this year now, so f*cking pissed off, scratched and chipped the gelcoat. SIGH. Lots of retards on the river at the moment going everywhere flat out, people towing and doing massive power turns. Might try and hit it late tonight when everyone goes home....

Erm..no bumpers to keep it off the pylons?
