Tried to PM Shock F6. Is the amplified Ford one the go at the moment.

Has anyone got one from ShockF6 recently.

Thanks

I've got the Ford unit installed in mine (simple install, ~30 minutes) and it does what it is meant to do. I just wish it didn't have alternator whine (noticable with high volume song pauses or quiet songs or low volume playback) which to the best of my memory, Shock's doesn't.

shock has an online shop where he used to sell em but I tried getting one off him a while ago but they were no longer available...

I had to settle with tthe ford one, I only get the alternator whine when the headlights or climate control is on

Please show us a diagram if its easy as Shock doesn't make them anymore (should change his sig) and I have tried a few things from jaycar that did jack sh*t.
