Sounds like the tuner is a little to safe, or they may want you to buy more from them and then they will tune a little more each time. I have less gear (no plen) on mine and it goes in for a tune next week, I am expecting a moderate tune of no less than 325rwkw on 14lb boost and I have a stock bottom end.
