Once it's disabled properly it's disabled permanently. I turned mine off the day I brought my ute just over 4 years ago and I haven't heard it since.

ok. I fiddled around with it the hazard light button a few times. now its permanent. u have to hold the hazard button down whilst pressing the sealtbelt in and out. now its permanent. thanks folks

now I can concentrate on performance mods

Well I did this mod and it was fine, for about three days. And now its making the noise again??

I did this, and it only lasted 3 days.

I changed it around, and got the 5 flash confirmation.

The original instructions that were posted have been adjusted to the correct sequence.

works great! I always drive with my belt on, but theres the odd occasion where I'll start the car without buckling up or being seated in the car, and it is bloody annoying. I don't need the car to remind me to do something which is a habit anyway (feels wierd driving without it).
