This is repairable by a good diff joint if warentee doesnt cover it..

This is how they weld tubes to 9" centres when doing 9" converstions..

They have a bar same diameter of your axles, straight thru the centre of the diff one side to the other with fake bearings to make it all true, and then Mig it all up..

woo hoo three weeks later I have my car back.

they fitted a whole new unit so it killed 2 birds with one stone, bye bye diff whine,

fixed my broken passenger seat while they were at it too.

finally a happy outcome from FoMoCo
