The car does have paint protection, but we all know that is a load of crap (I only took it coz I got it for basically nothing!).Don't use any polish - just a good Maguirs Gold Wash, Maguirs Gold wax, a good shamois, and finish it off with Maguirs quick detailer.Thanks for the great responses guys.Give me time, and I'm sure I'll be able to share with you bigger and better things with my car.P.S It's true, it's been lowered and has wheels - I have spoken to Rob Herrod and was assured that a kit which is soon to be released is going to be one of the best performance kits suited for this car.
