IWUDNT Member 42 Member For: 20y 3m 5d Posted 02/06/07 07:19 AM Posted 02/06/07 07:19 AM Hey all, I was at the shops to day when I spotted a guy perving on me xr turbo went over to him and he asked me if I had a turbo timer, becasue he blew his up, I was shocked and asked did he always give his car a hiding he replied no his car has done 105,000 km has anyone heard of more of these cases?
groper Member 611 Member For: 19y 8m 5d Posted 02/06/07 07:25 AM Posted 02/06/07 07:25 AM bud, there is sh*t loads, read thru this site in the turbo section...must clean or replace oil screen so the turbo isnt starved of oil.stock BOV may fall apart and get sucked into turbo, cast crossover pipe may have flakes fall off and also get sucked into turbo... plenty of reading here bro...

I don't think this was caused by not having a turbo timer though.
