Hydro lock would be if the head split at full rpm MAYBE. 13k. It would wanna run low 11's for that as well as free sex for a year. Mine has never been over half. Even when I was driving it hard on a 30+ day still didn't go over 1/2 (that's with a PWR cooler on and AC cranked).I think Rapid is right with a possible radiator blockage.
