Why Not 9 Inch Wide?

The Pirelli corsa 285 tyre I bought would not fit properly on the 9.5" rim, so I bought a 10" rim

So how did you go fitting a 285 on a 10" rim? (On the car I mean)

Yup, a guy in QLD found the right combo. 19x8.5 with 245/35R19 front and 19x9.5 with 285/30R19 rear. Both front and rear run a +35 offset with 1 degree of negative camber on the back and rolled guards.

Yeah, thanks for that. I remember reading that, but I couldn't remember whether he needed the negative camber for 9.5" or 10" rears.

Maybe best to stick to a 275 and not do the camber adjustment.

Actually, I have just looked at the printout from my last wheel alignment and apparently have -1.62 degrees of camber on the left rear and -0.62 degrees on the right rear.

It states the target should be -1.10 degrees +/- 0.25.

According to that there already should be 1 degree of negative camber.
